This privacy policy gives you information about how Flowing Rivers collects and uses your personal data through your use of this website, including any data you may provide when you register with us OR sign up to our newsletter OR purchase a product or service OR volunteer with us.
This website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.
Flowing Rivers is made up of different legal entities, Flowing Rivers Foundation (company number CE036113; charity number 1208183) and Flowing Rivers Enterprise Limited (company number 09094316). This privacy policy is issued on behalf of the group so when we mention Flowing Rivers, “we“, “us” or “our” in this privacy policy, we are referring to the relevant company in the group responsible for processing your data.

Flowing Rivers also collects video surveillance images of people entering and moving around its premises in order to safeguard its collection from theft and vandalism. The information collected is only processed and, where appropriate, shared with other authorities (eg: the Police) where it is necessary to investigate a potential crime.

7. How long we keep information

If you opt out of receiving marketing communications, you will still receive service-related communications that are essential for administrative or customer service purposes for example relating to order confirmations for a product/service, event reminders (for our events that you have registered for), updates to our terms and conditions, checking that your contact details are correct.

Flowing Rivers does not have an appointed Data Protection Officer due the scope and nature of the personal data held by Flowing Rivers not being sufficient to warrant the appointment of a Data Protection Officer.
